  • Submission: Automatic data sync between systems and submissions to reduce duplicate data entry and increase data consistency across systems.
  • Ratings: Supports current and prior rate versions during the “supported” period with user option to select version to use for quoting purposes.
  • Quote/Bind: Supports multiple versions to support multiple rating scenarios. Automatic creation of subjectivities and inspection report request tasks.
  • Task Management: Improved availability and accuracy of reporting for task completion and turnaround time. Automated creation and closing of tasks based on actions.
  • Renewals: Mid-term endorsements included in the renewal account set-up with flags to alert underwriters during the renewal account review. A separate renewal dashboard with a list of upcoming renewals up to 120 days in advance.
  • Referrals: Automatic creation of referral tasks; ability to send account summary for manager/peer review. Customizable referral rules for each profit center. Referral Dashboard providing an organized view for managers.
  • Dashboard: Dashboard to view all tasks, due dates, assignees. Graphical view of work queues for better work management.
  • Security: Single sign-on. Customized views and role-based access managed via AD Groups. Defined provisioning and deprovisioning process. Periodic and disciplined penetration and static code testing to continually identify and mitigate risks and threats.
